Bob performed his first commercial high-performance job at the age of 16 by installing Giavononni racing cam in a friend's Corvette for $25.00 and has never looked back. CANCELLATIONS In the event a custom job is stopped mid-course, for any reason, customer is responsible for any and all charges to that point plus 10% and all charges related to the return of components to customer. Any custom components bought specifically for the job are considered to be a part of the work and are not cancellable. Notice of cancellation must be in writing via certified mail.

RETURNS All items provided to this market are considered "High Performance" and are limited to any warranty or guarantee from the manufacturer. P.R.I. makes no claim whatsoever as to the performance or suitability of these products in any way and accepts no responsibility for any loss of any kind as a result of their use. Some parts, not installed and in original, undamaged, unopened package will be considered on a case-by-case basis for return at PRI's sole discretion. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. RGA number is required.

ORDERING P.R.I. represents virtually all the major custom manufacturers that they deem worthwhile. Small parts can usually be shipped within two days via UPS or Fed-Ex. Common carrier can involve more time and expense for crating on large items. All shipments must be C.O.D. cashier's or certified check, pre-paid by the above or electronic fund transfer. NO CREDIT CARDS!! Personal checks will be accepted for deposits or the final balance with time allowed for check to clear prior to shipping.

HOURS Business Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. e.s.t. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. e.s.t. on Saturday. Fax machine is on 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. • All custom engines will be quoted in advance & require 50% deposit for work to begin. • All custom rebuilds will be quoted AFTER being disassembled and analyzed by the technicians at P.R.I. • Individual part piece work can usually be ESTIMATED in advance by phone or fax.
